• ATOM AMPD, LLC  Information Technology Manager | 2008 – 2019

Internet security startup. Responsible​​ for​ all​ aspects​ related​​ to​ deliverable​​ software product. Develop and deploy business​ process​ flow,​ reporting,​​ sales support,​ management​​ of​​ customer​ support, product​ testing, management of deployment variables,​ product and technical documentation. Product featured an integrated internet device combining stateful firewall, VoIP/PBX, content filtering, portal management, QoS, fault-tolerance, VPN management, Wi-fi AP, AAA and RADIUS authentication. • BIO-LOGIC​ ​SYSTEMS​ ​CORPORATION | 1985-2006

IT​ ​MANAGER Developed and maintained persistent hardware and software infrastructure for $30M medical electrodiagnostic testing equipment company. Managed 3 person team with direct report to CFO for project deployments and internal technical support. ​Managed​ ​prioritizing and​ ​scheduling​ ​of​ ​all​ ​IT​ ​tasks. Design​ed ​and​ ​deployed​ ​effective​ ​procedures​ ​for​ ​intrusion detection,​ ​​backup​ ​and​ DRM.​ Audited ​IT​ ​procedures​ ​for​ ​compliance​ ​with Federal​ ​Sarbanes-Oxley​ ​and​ ​COBIT​ ​accountability​.​ ​​​​Directed selection ​and​ ​deployment​ ​of​ ​corporate-wide​ ​ERP​ ​system​ ​(IFS)​ resulting in dramatic optimization​ ​of​ ​business​ ​processes. ​Administered Oracle 11g​ database. The resulting suite provided a seamless business process from initial customer lead to customer delivery to support.

SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER  Performed and authored procedures for electro-diagnostic medical​ equipment and C++ based ​DSP software in development state. Hardware and software​ testing utilizing SQA.

QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR  Responsible for product quality testing​ of hardware and DSP software.​ Management​ of​ quality​ control​ staff and development of test procedures for all outgoing​ product. Deployed statistical analysis tools and​ procedures for ensuring measurable results of product quality and reliability. Developed FDA GMP compliance procedures.
